The location is unbeatable, mere steps from bustling cafes and shops. The spacious room felt comfortable, featuring a home-from-home coffee machine. However, the bathroom fixtures appeared dated, and the AC in the gym was uncomfortably warm. Despite reporting plumbing issues multiple times, they remained unresolved during my visit, which was disappointing.

The room was spacious and clean with a fun pool area that helped beat the heat, and it's so close to delicious spots like bill's pizza and initiatives like the agua caliente cultural museum, both just a few steps away, putting the charm of palm springs right at my doorstep, perfect for a weekend wander around the town. those who enjoy their own space will love the spacious rooms and amenities offered here, though it would be nice if the hotel offered room service daily to make stays even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the decor needs an update and cleanliness wasn't consistent in our room. A major deep cleaning would really help improve the overall experience.
